Biodiversity
Improving biodiversity is crucial to creating a sustainable future.
In 2024, we conducted a customer and colleague survey to better understand people’s views on biodiversity.
We were thrilled to find out just how enthusiastic our customers are about living in more biodiverse areas which is why we’ve continued our work in planting wildflower meadows and installing insect hotels.
We’ve installed an additional 16 insect hotels across our sites to create a safe haven for our pollinators.
In 2023, we introduce wildflowers and yellow rattle to our green space in Ampthill which is developing as expected one year on.
Residents have been keen to express their support for these initiative reflecting a positive community response to our biodiversity efforts.
