Activity days for older people

Aimed at older people, you can expect a fun day out in a friendly and welcoming environment. Volunteers who would like to help are also welcome. Activities may include:

• seated exercises and other ball games
• arts and crafts
• flower arranging and indoor gardening
• quizzes and reminiscence
• board and card games
• music and singalongs.

We welcome people with dementia, if they’re able to manage their personal care.

There’s a £7 charge for lunch.

Customers need to arrange their own transport.

Thursdays, 10am to 3pm
