Wellbeing and
support
We have dedicated Customer Partners who can help you to sustain your tenancy.
We can help with:
- Support, to help you keep to the terms and conditions of your tenancy
- Support to sustain your tenancy
- Regular appointments/reviews, as agreed, with a Customer Partner
- Access to other services.
Anything discussed will remain confidential, although with your agreement we may liaise with other agencies such as Social Services. The only exception to this is if we have concerns about child protection, safeguarding or if we suspect there are crimes being committed at the property.
You can self-refer yourself to the service. We will then contact you using your preferred method of communication and discuss how we can help. We will agree a plan with you, including how long you are likely to need the support and how often you will be in contact.
For more information or to self-refer yourself, please contact us at [email protected]
The service can help new and existing customers in our homes to keep within the terms and conditions of their tenancy.
If you are one of our customers and feel that you may benefit from this service, please contact us at [email protected]
Please note there may be a wait for the service and, if this is the case, we will let you know that your name has been added to a waiting list. The Customer Partner will contact you to arrange an appointment to establish your suitability for the service along with some basic advice.
Our Customer Partners will discuss this with you based on your needs and the outcomes required.
The support usually stops when:
– The objectives you agreed with the Customer Partner have been successfully achieved.
– No further progress can be made due to non-compliance.
– Your tenancy with us ends.
– You no longer want to receive support.
If you would like help with any of the following:
– Making welfare benefit claims/completing claim forms
– Help with benefit appeals
– Advice on welfare benefits

We have a dedicated team to help with these. Find out more.
