Customer Survey Starting 1 December

Starting from 1 December 2018, a sample of our customers will be contacted by email to take part in a short survey. It should only take 10 minutes to complete.

The email will be sent by research company The Leadership Factor (TLF), on behalf of Grand Union Housing Group, to complete the Institute of Customer Services Business Benchmarking survey. Visit The Leadership Factor website to find out more about the company.

The questions will be about your recent experience of contacting us and will be used to improve the services we provide. The answers given will be confidential and will only be used to help with the survey.

Survey questions do not capture customers personal details; the report we receive is completely anonymous and TLF are only provided with customers’ names and email addresses. These will be deleted by TLF once the survey is closed. We wish customers to be honest and open.

You can choose not to take part, by either clicking the ‘I do not wish to receive any reminders about this survey’ link or simply ignoring the survey request/reminders, but we would love it if you would take part.
