We’ve started our 2025 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey. 

TSMs give you the opportunity to tell us how we’re doing. 

We think they’re really important and want as many of you as possible to take part. That way we will know what’s working well and where we need to improve.  

How will the surveys be carried out? 

  • Voice, our customer feedback platform 
  • Email – by a company called Maru 
  • Telephone – by a company called PFA Research who’ll call from a number beginning 01326. 

If you’re a Voice member you can complete the survey there. You’ll get an email to remind you on Monday 10 March.

What questions will be asked? 

You’ll be asked a number of questions about how happy you are with our services in the last year. We ask the same questions each year to make sure we can focus on improving things. 

Will you get to see the results?
