Our alarm service provider is changing on Thursday 26 September for our Life24 customers.
Medequip Connect will answer if your alarm raises an alert. They’ll have your details and will ask you some questions to understand how to best respond to your emergency.
You shouldn’t notice any difference. All we ask is that you test your equipment after Thursday 26 September. If there are any issues, please let us know by calling 0333 015 2380.
