In the coming weeks we’ll be releasing our Customer Annual Report. This includes the scores from the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) you completed earlier in the year.
These scores show that we have work to do to provide you with the levels of service you expect and deserve.
We accept that some of you may feel let down by some areas of our performance and we’re sorry about that. However, we are starting to see examples of customers taking their frustrations out on our colleagues.
Please bear with us and remember that our colleagues are people too. They deserve the same levels of respect that you do.
We take their safety seriously and don’t want them to have to worry about being shouted or sworn at.
