When our contractor, Rigfords, were installing carbon monoxide detectors for us, they sent text messages to some of our customers. We understand that some customers who replied to these messages may have been charged for responding. We were unaware of this at the time.
We, and Rigfords, would like to apologise that customers were not notified about the charge.
In future, any text messages that require a response will contain information about charges that may apply.
