We’ve had another great month of engagement on Voice, our customer feedback platform.

Thank you to everyone who has taken part. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union. Here are the results of the last few surveys and polls.

Shaping the future for Grand Union Housing Group

Arrears Policy

We asked Voice members to review our updated Arrears Policy. We wanted to find out if you felt the policy was clear and whether it worked for you. The policy covered arrears prevention and dealing with current arrears.

Using previous feedback from Voice members, we split the policy into two sections to make it easier to understand. These are ‘what we’ll do’ and ‘what this means for you, the customer’.

We had 95 responses in total. The charts below show the percentage of customers who agreed with statements about the policy.

Here are some of the comments Voice members had about the Arrears policy.

Thank you to all the Voice members who helped to shape this policy and ensure that it is clear for customers. You can see the results in full here.

Poll results

Voice also gives you the chance to take part in some polls that are just for fun. Here are your responses to the poll we posted about what food you most enjoy on your summer barbeque.

With the Olympic Games underway in France, we also asked what your favourite event of the games was. The results tell us you are a big fan of gymnastics!

Repairing Trust – Call for Evidence

Following a significant rise in complaints against disrepair, The Housing Ombudsman is exploring common issues in housing maintenance. They want to hear from residents and have created a short survey to capture your experiences. To find out more and to share your views click here. The survey is open until Friday 25 October 2024.
