News – 31 May 2024
We’ve had another great month of engagement on Voice, our customer feedback platform.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union. Here are the results of the last few surveys and polls.
Shaping the future for Grand Union Housing Group
Anti-social behaviour policy review
Voice members took part in the survey to gather feedback on Grand Unions updated Anti-social behaviour policy. The policy had previously been amended using Voice members’ feedback and we wanted to get your opinion on the changes.
We received some really positive feedback about the changes to the policy. Almost 90% of members agreed that the policy was written in a way that was easy to understand. There was also an increase in agreement that the customer obligations are clear, with 88% of respondents agreeing with this statement.
Thank you to all the Voice members who helped to shape this policy and ensure that it is clear for customers. You can see the results in full here.
Poll results
Voice also gives you the chance to take part in some polls that are just for fun. Here are your responses to the poll we posted to find out which is your favourite takeaway meal? Chinese was the most popular receiving 45% of the votes.
What’s coming up
We’ve launched a new forum to discuss the changes to some benefits – to see if you might be affected and to take part in the discussion, check out the forum here.
Operative on Way – If you have had a repair carried out recently you might have noticed that you now can track the operative when they are on their way to your home. Tell us what you think about this new function in a Voice survey coming up soon.
