We’ve had another great month of engagement on Voice, our customer feedback platform.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union. Here are the results of the last few surveys and polls.
Shaping the future for Grand Union Housing Group
Universal credit – Web content survey
Recently 139 Voice members took part in a recent survey where they were asked to review some information about the 53 week rule and Universal credit. We wanted to make sure the information is understandable , and the advice is clear.
Overall, 83% of respondents agreed that the information around why there are 53 weeks in the 24/25 financial year was easy to understand. There was slightly less agreement overall that the impact and advice for Universal credit claiments was easy to understand. This is important as we want to ensure we can properly support customers that are affected. You can find out more about the 53 week rule and how you may be affected here.
Thank you for everyone who took part and share their views on this subject. You can see the results here in full.
