We’ve had another great month of engagement on Voice, our customer feedback platform.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union. Here are the results of the last few surveys and polls.
Shaping the future for Grand Union Housing Group
Biodiversity survey
Recently, 99 Voice members took part in a survey to find out what you knew about biodiversity and how much this means to you.
More than half of respondents said they were familiar with the term biodiversity and your feedback showed that you had a great understanding of what biodiversity means and how it benefits both the individual and the local area.
Below are some comments shared by respondents about biodiversity.
The results below show the percentage of Voice members who agreed with statements about biodiversity.
Thank you to everyone who took part and shared their views on what biodiversity means to you. You can see the full results of the survey here.
Poll results
Voice also gives you the chance to take part in some polls that are just fun. Here are your responses to the poll we posted about what you most enjoyed about going back to school. Seeing your old friends was the best part of returning to school for most of you!
What’s coming up
There is still time to take part in the member satisfaction survey where you can share your views on being a Voice member to help shape the future of the panel.
We also need your help to review the content of some of our webpages that specifically focus on rent payments and Universal Credit. Keep an eye out for a survey invite to take part.
Don’t forget to check out the community forums where Voice members can share upcoming events, local news and other relevant information about their community.
