Cripps House is located in the village of Roade.

The scheme consists of 30 bungalows, all of which are connected to the 24 hour emergency control centre. There is a large communal lounge, kitchen and laundry room.

There are various amenities in the village, which include a library, doctor’s surgery, chemist, post office and several small shops. There are local bus services.

Staff and support

All flats are connected to an alarm system operating 24/7, 365 days per year. Our Life24 Advisors offer assistance and support to customers to help maintain their independence. For a small weekly fee, there is the option to purchase additional visits should you want that extra peace of mind.
