Renting a home from GUHG
GUHG works in partnerships with a number of local authorities who are responsible for the housing waiting lists. Before you can rent a property from GUHG you will need to apply to your local authority first.
Intermediate or Market Rent
Intermediate rented properties are generally owned by housing associations and the rents are typically set at 80% (or less) of market rents. They are offered on assured shorthold tenancies with a minimum term of 6 months, similar to private renting.
Market rented properties are also generally owned by housing associations and the rents are set at market rents, the same as private renting. They are offered on assured shorthold tenancies with a minimum term of twelve months.
If you are already renting a property and wish to move, you could be eligible to swap with another customer.

Renting a Garage
GUHG have a number of garages available to let throughout the Bedfordshire and South Northants area at competitive rates. Anyone can apply to rent a garage, but priority is given to GUHG tenants.
