Fence, boundary or right of way disputes

We do not consider fencing or boundary disputes as antisocial behaviour.

• You may want to have a friendly word with your neighbour if you have any concerns about the fencing or boundary between your gardens. We’ve put together some tips to help you resolve problems with neighbours.
• We may be able to make a referral to an independent mediation service to help you resolve boundary disputes with your neighbours. It is worth noting that fencing is the customer's responsibility and will not be provided by us, but advice may be given on the boundary definition.
