Important update for our housing association customers
We are temporarily pausing new referrals for our debt/money advice service.
This decision is necessary to ensure we do not exceed our capacity and can continue to provide high-quality support to our current clients, in line with FCA regulations.
We will continue to work on all referrals received up to this point and will reopen to new referrals as soon as our capacity allows.
Please note that our Welfare Benefits advice service remains open and unaffected.
