We’ve recently purchased 27 supported living properties from housing provider Settle Group.

The schemes in Luton and Hitchin were commissioned by the local authorities in these areas, to provide much needed specialist supported accommodation for those with learning disabilities or who struggle with their mental health.

Deborah Stuart, Director of Housing, Health & Wellbeing at Grand Union, said: “These are customers and homes that are well known to us as we have been managing the homes for over 11 years, so it makes sense for us to become the landlord. This will also allow us to continue to provide consistent service and support to those living at the schemes.”

Grand Union provides homes for more than 29,000 people across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire, offering a number of different housing solutions and support services to cater for their diverse customer base.
