We’ve had another great month of engagement on Voice, our customer feedback platform.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union. Here are the results of the last few surveys and polls.
Shaping the future for Grand Union Housing Group
Sustainability language
Voice users helped us to better understand what language you would prefer Grand Union to use in communications about sustainability.
We had 110 responses in total, all providing us with some great insight. We wanted to find out what you understood by the term net zero. The chart below shows that respondents were divided on its meaning, suggesting that Grand Union needs to be clearer about what this means when using this term in our communications.
You also told us that we should avoid using technical jargon. You prefer more descriptive terms such as ‘energy efficiency improvements’ rather than ‘retrofit’, and ‘carbon reduction’ over ‘decarbonisation’.
You can view the full results of the survey here.
Poll results
Voice also gives you the chance to take part in some polls that are just for fun. Here are your responses to the poll we posted to find out what your superpower would be. Invisibility was the winner with 33% of votes. You can view the results of this poll in the graph below.
We also had a poll on your favourite book genre. Crime was the most popular genre with 29% of you reading crime novels. You can view the rest of the results for this poll in the graph below.
What’s coming up
We have launched a new forum this month where we would like to understand if there are any particular topics customers would like to see more of on Voice. These could be new forums, polls or even survey topics.
Starting on Monday 11 March, we will be surveying our customers as part of the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures that all housing associations will use to understand and report on customer satisfaction. If you are a Voice member, you will have the opportunity to complete the survey on Voice, so keep an eye out for your invitation.
