Once again, we’ve had another great month of engagement on Voice, our customer feedback platform.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union.
Shaping the future for Grand Union Housing Group
Tenant satisfaction measures
Voice users recently took part in a survey about Tenant Satisfaction Measures which help us to better understand how we can design and deliver our services to meet our customers’ needs.
As well as being available on Voice, the survey was sent to all lead tenants via telephone and email. Overall, we had 1,356 results! We’re still reviewing the results from the survey, which we’ll share with you over the coming weeks.
Thank you to everyone who took part.
What is a home?
We recently reached out to users on Voice asking for willing participants to take part in some research to help us better understand how customers think and feel about home and find out “What is a home to you?”. We’ve now selected a number of participants who will take part in several tasks. We look forward to sharing the results with you when this research is complete.
Poll results
Voice also gives you the chance to take part in some polls that are just for fun. Here are your responses to the poll we posted on 18 May for National No Dirty Dishes Day.
What’s coming up
We have a survey to find out what customers think of our Customer annual report and we are working on several surveys to help us understand what our customers think about some of our current policies.
Our Antisocial behaviour forum is now live, allowing you to discuss the government’s new plan to tackle antisocial behaviour. You can find out more about the plan here: Government antisocial behaviour plan
We have a new forum to discuss Social Tariffs, which are cheaper broadband and phone packages for people claiming Universal Credit, Pension Credit and some other benefits. You can find out more here: Social tariffs
We also have a Time for a cuppa poll to find the correct way to make a cup of tea, a poll about Pride and a favourite ice lolly poll.
