Voice round up – November

We’ve had another great month of engagement on Voice, our customer feedback platform.

Thank you to everyone who has taken part. We use the feedback we get from Voice to help improve the services we offer at Grand Union. Here are the results of the last few surveys and polls.

Shaping the future for Grand Union Housing Group

Customer conduct policy survey

Voice members took part in the recent survey in which we asked you to review our Customer Conduct Policy. We wanted to see what you thought of the policy wording and if this worked for you.

We had 100 responses in total. The results show that overall, 82% of Voice respondents agreed that the policy was written in a way that was easy to understand. Likewise, 87% agreed that the ‘What we’ll do’ section is clear and 85% agreed that the ‘What this means for you’ section is clear.

We had some comments about what respondents liked about the policy and, also some suggestions for improvement.

'Excellent report laid out vary clearly with appropriate understanding of tenant's behaviour

Thank you to everyone who took part and shared their views on this subject. You can see the results here in full.

Poll results

Voice also gives you the chance to take in some polls that are just for fun. Here are your responses to the poll we posted about what talent or skill you wished you had!

What’s coming up

There’s still time to tell us how easy you find interacting with Grand Union in our survey currently open on Voice. Look out for your invitation or log into your Voice account to complete the survey.

Before we take a short break for the holiday period, we will be inviting Voice members to give us their feedback on communications around the recently announced merger.
