What to do to resolve disputes

We want everyone to enjoy their home. We ask that residents are considerate and tolerant of their neighbours. 

To resolve any issues over fencing or rights of way, you could try the following:

• Have a friendly word with your neighbour, using these tips. They may not be aware that you have concerns about the fencing or boundary between your homes.
  
• Contact us about a mediation referral. This is a service that can help you to resolve issues with neighbours. Please note fencing is your responsibility, mediation can only offer advice.
