Everyone likes to know when they have done something well and the same applies to our staff so if you feel that you have received good service or that someone has gone out of their way to help you, then please let us know.
We aim to ensure that the customer always comes first. Sometimes, however, we make mistakes, but if this happens we would like to know about it so that we can not only put things right, but also learn and improve services as a result of your feedback.
We employ a Service Improvement Officer who will make sure all feedback is recorded and acted upon.
