Our external painting programme includes blocks of flats, sheltered housing complexes and shared ownership developments that contain communal areas.
External decoration is currently undertaken as part of our external works package.
You will be consulted in the early part of each year if your property is due for external painting, prior to painting repairs, or if work is to take place on the internal communal elements of your block.
